Tips for a Successful Snowsports Lesson

Reservations Highly Recommended. This is the only way to guarantee a lesson on the day of your visit. Book your lesson online or call 888-ARAPAHOE (open 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Sun) to reserve over the phone.

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Sorry, no reservations on day-of visits. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.
  • Check-in is at the Winter Sports Center and lessons will depart promptly at the scheduled time. Please allow yourself enough time for parking, lesson check-in, and rentals (if needed). On busy days, this process can take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

Cancellation Policies

Private Lessons and Class Lessons

  • Rescheduling a lesson a 2nd time or more will incur a $25 schedule fee for each additional reschedule.
  • Cancellation: There is no penalty for a cancellation 48hrs before scheduled lesson
  • Lessons cancelled with in 48hrs of scheduled lesson will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee
  • Lessons that are not rescheduled or cancelled (No Shows) will be charged the full amount of the lesson.

Programs:  Kid’s Club, Li’l Kid’s Club, XTreme Teen, Basin Breakin’, Legendary Ladies, Tele Women, Big Mt. Bumps, etc.

Cancellations: Ten days prior to start of session full refund, within ten days 50% refund.  Day of or after the start of the session, there is no refund.
